To me, there's no better way to start the week than with a hot cup of joe at this old Vietnamese grocery store turned love shack. Thank you Chad Bruegman for your amazing words of encouragement this morning. I love this place so much! From the people decked out in Broncos gear to the talented band, the messages of truth and hope and the good work being done in Haiti and throughout the Denver community and all over the world. I love that I get to "do church" with friends I've never met in Brussels and at the men and women's correctional facilities and that there is no judgment or pretentiousness here, but instead acceptance and accountability and truth and grace and joy.

I love that I can't leave here without laughing out loud at least once and usually shedding a few tears when I get real with myself and let God in to even my most stubborn spaces and that it slows me down in a way that makes me feel like I'm home and enough and loved deeply by the one who created the whole sha-bang. Thank you Shawn Johnson and JB Powell for creating a welcoming space of gracious love that leads by example in showing us what it means to follow Jesus. I am so grateful to be a part of the Red Rocks family.
